simple tips to protect from sun

  • Do not go outside in empty stomach during summer.

  • Drink at least 1 to 2 litres of pure water daily.

  • Drink at least 1 glass of pure water before going out from home.

  • Do not drink water soon after coming home from out...wait at least for 10 minutes and drink water.

  • Do not go out in bare head.use hat or scarf or napkins to cover your head.
