just thought of giving some good tips before starting the second innings..hope it may be helpful and relaxing for you all

As you all wash your cars,clean your home there is need to clean yourself.. cultivate some good habits like painting,reading,music,watching good programmes.
reserve some good time for yourself.
:Massage your body at least for once in three months so that you feel relaxed and get good positive energy to survive.
Go for facials..,change your hairstyles as often so that you will be more confident in your beauty..
Go for shopping often..shop for your family,keep some money for your sake.
:Celebrate little victory..Not that you have to party for all celebrations..enjoy each and every moment in your struggles..
DONT BE JEALOUS
:Respect each and everyone. Dont be jealous for your opponent..learn good things from friends,family,relatives..
leave the bad things for them itself.involve in others happiness
:Change your dressing often..it changes your living style
